After I place my order, when will I receive the shoes?
For the UK within 3 working days and the EU and other desinations please allow up to 5 working days (although most locations are usually just as fast as the UK).
Are a pair of boots/shoes guaranteed to be in stock?
Unfortunately, we do not yet have the system in place to update our stock levels automatically, so some products may not be updated as of yet. However, most shoes displayed on the site will be in stock, if not, we will notify you by email after your order has been placed.
How do I pay?
You may pay by simply entering your VISA, MasterCard, Delta, American Express, Switch or Solo details onto the orderform when prompted. Unfortunately we do not accept Electron.
How do I register a complaint?
If you are not satifsied with the service that you receive when shopping at shoesandboots.co.uk we want to hear about it. Please contact us
We shall endeavour to respond to complaints within five working days.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes, simply log in to your account, and check your current order. Also, you will be notified of any changes to your order via email.
Can I have more than one account with shoesandboots.co.uk?
You can only have one account per email address. If other members of your family or friends would like to use order shoes through shoesandboots.co.uk, they will require a seperate valid email address.
